Mass customization is a key strategy for personalizing products to fit specific user needs, and software tuning of vehicle behavior is a perfect application of this concept in the automotive space. Although a certain amount of personalization is already included in the purchase of a vehicle, by deeply analyzing driver behavior data, we can unlock further customization options that will stimulate purchase interest and deepen customer loyalty.

There is a wealth of driver profile information embedded in the daily communications monitoring of vehicles. Once these bus monitoring records are securely transferred to the server infrastructure, they can be intelligently compared to a library of known driver profiles using a driving style analyzer.
