ASAM Regional Meeting China
The 6th ASAM Regional Meeting China successfully concluded in Shanghai on November 6, 2025. The event "Data-Driven, Automotive Frontier Forum" gathered top industry experts and leading companies to explore the future development of smart automotive technology.
During the conference, our expert, Dr. Boris, as one of the drafters of the ASAM SOVD standard, actively contributed to the topic discussions. He also engaged in multiple rounds of in-depth interaction with numerous industry experts during the exchange sessions.
In the technical session "The Present and Future of Automotive Data," Dr. Diana delivered a keynote speech titled "Lifecycle Value of SOVD, ODX & OTX." She systematically elaborated on the digital transformation path for vehicles from engineering and production to after-sales services in the era of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV). She highlighted how the three core ASAM standards—SOVD, ODX, and OTX—provide a unified and flexible technical foundation for this transformation, enabling OEMs to achieve efficient diagnostic management and knowledge reuse throughout the vehicle's entire lifecycle, thereby saving time, reducing costs, and accelerating innovation. Her presentation offered forward-looking insights for the industry, resonating strongly with the audience and generating enthusiastic feedback.
